My favorite figurative language is Idiom because you dont take things figuratively not literally. Another reason is that it is fun to say like for instance: When Pigs Fly, That Was a Piece of Cake, and Speak of The Devil.

My favorite form of figurative language would be hyperbole. I like this form because it is an over exaggeration. I feel that I use this form of figurative language the most. I always say "I'm starving to death." I think that this is the best way to spruce up your writing because it gives the reader a fantastic view of your opinion and what you feel about a certain thing. If you are looking for a way to spruce up your writing try using hyperboles.

My favorite type of figurative language is personification. This is because I feel that if you give a nonhuman object human characteristic traits, you give it life. personification can be used as easily and simply, by adding a name, character traits, and A little action! For example " Phil, (my phone) was very tired. In fact, he was about to die. So, I decided to put him on what I like to call his chair (charger).soon after he was already back to hundred percent energized. " Another example would be, " Billy, (my alarm clock) started to ring notifying me to wake up. He simply gave me a scare that I almost went into shock! He is so kind to me, one day he may set the world record for the nicest person on earth. " my last reason why my favorite figurative language is personification, is because it allows you to almost customize your own character and have no I'm telling you what to do this freedom is always nice.

The two forms of figurative language that I like are alliteration and hyperbole. I like alliteration because it is a tongue twister. You have to try ten times to actually make the words sound normal. It is also fun to try to say it a few times in a row. I like hyperbole because it is so cool to come up with new exaggerations. I also like hyperbole because its just fun to say... Hyperbole...exaggeration(exaggeration)...hyperbole...exaggeration (exaggeration). Those are the two forms of figurative language that are my favorite.

My favorite type of figurative language is Personification. I love it because I love fantasy books/writing and to me the idea of personification is very cool, fantasy, and interesting to visualize. One example of personification is: The flowers danced in the wind." Another fascinating example is: The trees gossiped." Those are some reasons why personification is the best.

My favorite figurative language is puns. Puns is my favorite figurative because puns are silly and have corny jokes. Like novice pirates make terrible singers because they can't hit the high seas. The two words high seas really mean high c's in music. Finally I was struggling to figure out how lightning works then it struck me. That pun means that he had just learned how lightning works. This is why I love puns, there so bad that there funny.

My favorite kind of figurative language is hyperbole, I like this because I think that exaggeration's are fun to use also because you can make fun examples. Some examples of a hyperbole (exaggerations) are that boy over there is a slow as a snail, her brain is the size of a pea. I think that hyperbole's are my favorite form of figurative language because you can always make them up also you use them a lot in a everyday life.

My favorite figuritive language is personification. It is my favorite because it really brings the story to life and makes it easier to understand what is happening to the object that is " talking." I also like it because it makes a poem or story more interesting and helps describe the message/feeling the author is getting through.

One of my favorite types of figurative language is alliteration. Alliteration is a pattern of words that all start with the same sound. For example," she sells sea shells by the sea shore" or " Peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers." I like alliteration because they are fun to say!

My favorite form of figurative language is similes because without them stories would have boring comparisons .Similes add fun comparisons to every book and paint a picture in our mind of what that character is like.

my favorite form of figurative language is personification. Personification is my favorite because it brings non-living things to life, for example when animals talk it helps the reader understand with the book\story is trying to tell you. Personification also makes the story more interesting.
